Her dedication to personal growth and helping others led her to pursue training as a personal trainer in 2006, gaining her Master Personal Trainer certification and more recently, she became a member of Yoga Australia after completing further yoga teacher training in both Indonesia and Australia 2023. Jo's commitment to continuous learning and growth is evident as she expanded her expertise to include specialised training for menopausal women.
